  • Pan-grill the chicken under medium heat for 4 minutes per side.
  • Wait for the chicken to caramelize and char a bit.
  • Take off from the pan and let it rest.
  • Place on top of basil pasta.

  • Cook the pasta in salted water.

  • Pour olive oil in a heated pan.
  • Saute the garlic and onions. Wait for it to sweat.
  • Add in the tomatoes. Stir well.
  • Wait for the tomatoes to wilt.
  • Cover and let the dish simmer for 5-7 minutes under low to medium heat.
  • Put in the basil and Italian herbs.
  • Stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in the pasta.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Place the lemon basil chicken on top of the pasta.
