Exact Ingredients

Hi there!

I created this page for anyone and every one who are keen to know the exact ingredients of the recipes housed in Cooking Like a Pro. I for one believe that cooking is an art. Unlike baking where everything needs to be of exact measures done on specific time frames; cooking can be done with trial and error measurements. (As I had done in the past!) I had a lot of hits and misses before I finally learned to guesstimate my ingredients.

Truth is, we all need a guiding hand in the kitchen.

If you need my assistance or a simple gauge on how the recipes in Cookinglikeapro were made, please feel free to check them out in my menu below. I am testing the recipes one by one to give you the exact ingredients that I used on each recipe, so please bear with me as I construct the list.

If you have a request on a particular recipe (e.g. Braciole, Spring rolls, Caldereta, etc.), just send me a comment and I'll see what I can do.
