How about we try cooking Japanese-style pork curry today? It's another simple home cooking recipe, hardly Filipino-style, but just as appetizing. I added my own blend of Filipino touch for this recipe to make the dish more delightful.

Cooking Japanese-style pork curry is fairly easy to do. While a curry mix is a combination of many spices, I don't really cook this dish often because it seems to contain a lot of monosodium glutamate (MSG), as well. - But that's just me.

Cooking  Japanese-style pork curry is different from the red and green curry with coconut milk. I use a store-bought curry called Vermont in doing this dish. At the back of the pack, you'll also find a simple guide on how to cook Japanese-style pork curry. Still, I'd like to share my interpretation of this dish.
